We called Upword Resume this morning after dealing with another company for two days, only to be told they wouldn't help us. All my husband needed was an update added to his current resume. I understand that these companies prefer to rewrite resumes if they didn't originally write them, but still, all the information was there. We were so lucky that Angela answered the phone. By this time, the HR department of my husband's prospective employer wanted his resume immediately. Angela asked us to email her what we had, and she would see what she could do. That was at 11:00 AM today. By 11:25 AM, my husband had a fully updated resume for such a reasonable price we were stunned. Twenty-five minutes. The company we were dealing with before said that kind of turnaround was impossible and actually berated my husband for assuming he could have a professional-looking resume in anything less than 3 to 5 days before then refusing to do it.
